Exact-proof quorum behavior
- In local contract tests only, a pre-funded reference reward remains in escrow after one reviewer.
- A duplicate attestation from the same reviewer is rejected.
- A proof hash different from the fixed challenge is rejected.
- The reference reward becomes payable only after the required unique-reviewer quorum.
- A fake token that reports success without moving funds is rejected.
- An expired unpaid reward can be reclaimed only by its sponsor.

- The canonical paper artifact is not yet attached to this public node.
- No independent reviewer has attested to the fixed proof.
- No proof-market reward contract has been deployed, no live challenge has been opened, and no reward funds have moved.

Publish one exact executable bundle into two independent ledgers.
The cross-chain path fixes the exact bundle before a wallet signs. It anchors the same digest in Ethereum and Solana without moving reward funds or claiming the missing paper file is present.
