#UTIC cross-chain proof

One executable bundle. Two independent ledgers. One exact match.

Ethereum can permanently record the compiled proof anchor. Solana can record the same bundle hash through its Memo program. If both transactions confirm, their receipts show that one fixed bundle hash was authorized on both networks.

The public deployment module is inert when loaded. It exports separate review and explicit-send functions, checks the creation-data hash, Ethereum chain ID 1, and zero ETH value, and cannot request a signature until its send function is deliberately invoked with the expected hash.

  3. Confirm the page reports Ethereum Mainnet and a fee estimate.
  4. Only then enable the acknowledgement and request the final wallet review.

  6. If any detail differs, reject it. Never use Withdraw, Swap, or a pasted wallet secret for this proof.

Ethereum Mainnet

Deploy the no-funds proof anchor

This deploys an inert record containing three executable-proof hashes and one stable anchor-scope hash. The transaction sends zero ETH and spends only the network fee. The contract has no payable, transfer, approval, reward, or withdrawal function; do not send assets to its address because unsolicited or forced assets could be irrecoverable.

Duplicate-fee protection is durable across reloads and tabs in this browser profile. A different browser, private window, cleared site data, or another device cannot see this local lock. Use one browser profile and one device for the attempt, and do not retry elsewhere while a wallet review or transaction is unresolved. After a finalized receipt is verified and published into this page, that canonical receipt disables deployment everywhere.

Match the same bundle in one signed memo

The Solana record uses the official Memo program. Its text must match this value exactly so the Ethereum and Solana receipts resolve to the same executable bundle.

The finalized proof contains one exact Memo instruction. Phantom added bounded priority-fee controls and its read-only payer-safety assertion. No SOL was transferred to another address; the connected wallet paid only the finalized network fee.

Wallet boundary

#UTIC never asks for the secret that controls the wallet.

Use the connection above only with the official Robinhood Wallet app. Review the domain, Ethereum Mainnet network, zero ETH value, contract creation data, and displayed fee in Robinhood Wallet. Never paste a recovery phrase, private key, password, passcode, or one-time code into this site or this conversation.

For the completed Solana receipt, Phantom kept the recovery phrase and private key inside the wallet boundary. This page received only the public address and approved signed transaction. It never created a second wallet, never handled a wallet secret, and the finalized transaction moved no SOL except the displayed network fee.
